Adjustable Bar Grilles SD Grilles
Single deflection grilles are comprised of a single row of individually adjustable 19mm wide aerofoil blades, which can be vertical or horizontal (as determined in ordering) and are suitable for supply and or extract in ceiling or wall mounted applications for commercial and industrial projects. The addition of the letter 'R' determines the requirement for a volume control damper, which is used for commissioning and balancing of the ventilation system.
DD Grilles
Double deflection grilles are similar to single deflection with the additional set of adjustable 19mm wide blades which give additional benefits in the diffusion of supply air for large and small projects. Again the use of the letter 'R' (DDR) signifies a fitted damper which is essential in ensuring the desired volume through any given grille outlet.
Finish
Border and blades are aluminium anodised or powder coated finish.
Fixings
Countersunk screw holes through flange Concealed finishing - see optional extras.
Technical Data
All single and double deflection blades are fitted through nylon bearings, which ensure that the blades remain firm once set in position and also removes the possibility of noise created at higher velocity through the grille. - Sizing nomogram is opposite.
Packaging
Each grille is individually wrapped to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition.
